Edwina and Ergül met in 2022 at Insead Business School, studying an Executive Masters in Change. It was to be a 'meeting of minds'. Through a number of conversations, it became clear that they had a combined passion to 'shake up' the way things are currently done in corporate life.

The term "Blossom" signifies the beauty inherent in change. Life is full of transitions, and much like the blossoming of flowers, it takes time to nurture and reveal its full splendour.
The blue petal symbolizes change, which can sometimes feel as startling as a cold shower. Change isn’t always easy; it can be both beautiful and unsettling at the same time. This petal embodies beauty, growth, and the culmination of a natural process, highlighting the strength and resilience required to thrive and succeed.
The tree represents sustainability. Our mission is to support organizations in guiding their teams to navigate change and grow through newfound knowledge, inspiring them to flourish and succeed.
